can we get there with intervention, or must we wait until all intervention is withdrawn?

  2. That looks about right. I’ve seen this more than once in my experience. An intervention may help, if the company is ready for some change.

  4. Nope, still not there yet.

  5. I love that “inaction” precedes “faulty action”. Ain’t that the truth.

Sometimes, we can stand our ground in our investment principles and not join the mass, but after a while it could be pretty overwhelming that everyone seems to be making money but me! It takes guts to keep still.

I have been in both ends. =) =(

Your comment has really stuck with me since I read it – I didnt notice it when looking at the graph, but its extremely true.

On the coast, I’m starting to see what I perceive as faulty action. A few different flippers buying properties at 10% below comp’d prices (and getting good deals if they were to live there), and trying to flip them for +10% comp’d prices. This screams novice to me – and may be the ‘average joe’ trying to get in after seeing all the pro’s flip and make good cash.

The good investors I saw doing this 6mo ago were getting properties at -20% (or more) and listing them at -5% of the comps… and making good money doing it.

Since the UN’s Agenda 21 program is specific to the creation of national zoning controls of private property, in order to support the SmartGrowth plan, the “dissolution” phase of the crisis may not resolve itself the way people are assuming it will.

  7. Intervention may not be a good thing for a private investor

I am very pleased with the thought and don’t feel like adding anything in it. It a perfect answer.
